I pray that each time I post that it is not out of a desire for revenge. I want to say that I am not without sin. I am a sinner that Christ shed his precious blood in order to save. It is my desire that no one else suffer the loss of their relationship with Christ at the hands of a false teacher / false prophet. I hope to speak the truth boldly but out of love.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Lisa as well. I am pleased to meet you. I have heard so much about you from a mutual friend, Cora. It touched my heart when reading your post about the cult that you were in. On the other hand, I Praise God that you and your family were able to get out and are involved in a christian church. God's hands are truly upon you. Continue to warn others!!
Since Deborjah is no longer alive, who is in charge now? My reason for asking is that we have a very close friend(Elisheba) who is still caught up in that cult and has not chosen to leave or cannot leave. We have been praying for their family for years and recently learned that the husband/father has left, however my friend and her children are still there. WE WANT THEM OUT!! We are continually in prayer for them. I pray that God will get ahold of her mind. That through all of the other mush that is before her that somewhere in her mind she will hear God's voice and come out of the darkness. She has friends and family who would stop in their tracks and go and get her and her children.
Please continue to keep warning others!! You never know who's soul you will help save from your exposure.

ReplyDeleteIt's nice to meet you as well ! It is my belief that no one is in charge. No one and I mean NO ONE that remains there has the ability to micromanage the lives of others the way that Deborjah did. I assume they will attempt to follow all the " Torah Prescriptions " ( rules ) handed down by Deborjah through the years. You must understand that all friends and family members of group members NOT related to Deborjah, were villified continually. ALL FORMER MEMBERS are villified as well. It amazes me that these people KNEW us.....they lived with us and yet they believe all the evil said about us by Deborjah. My husband was given the name Judas Iscariot because he dared to question how to pay a gift tithe. We hadn't paid a tithe in years because Deborjah got our paycheck and paid our tithes for us as well as doing our budget etc. The first time we had a questioned her using her own lesson on tithing, she cut us off. She taught the rest of the group that we betrayed Christ for thirty pieces of silver. She was nothing like the humble teachers of the bible, she was nothing like Christ. She was antichrist.
Lanica was treated the worst of anyone there! I am sure after we left she was lifted up to her slave family from jumping up and leaving too ! I heard about how Deborjah PANDERED the group after we left to gain all the sympathy she could muster. " Oh poor me ....I'm being persecuted again....." I am sure she shed many a fake tear as she was wont to do when the occasion called for it. I believe that Aron and Elisheba have been completely turned against all of us and that they may never come out from under trying to live the law for salvation. Deborjah led everyone away from the freedom to have a one on one relationship with Christ. When your spiritual leader is not a humble servant but instead a dictator who has the last and often the only say over EVERY aspect of your life , you are no longer following Christ. You are following the very teachers of the law who had Christ put to death.

ReplyDeleteI met Deborah first online and then in person in LA in 2003. She spoke of me being one of 12 that God was giving to her. I believe then she called them pillars in the temple she was building. I loved Deborah, but saw her teachings as false, feeling she was connected to a deceiving spirit. Though in love, simply said that I could not read her teachings, they did not then feel right for me.
She came to mind recently, so I sought to see what became of her, and found your blog. I am sorry to hear of your suffering, and all those who have been hurt and are being hurt by what worked through Deborah. Perhaps we knew each other? Back then I was on a forum that had been set up for her - though she was eventually banned from it, ha! over her teachings on tithing - and made dear friends with several ladies. Some who were separating from her and some who were drawing nearer. I must confess that I went on from Deborah to connect with another false teacher for several years. That group ended tragically with several committing suicide.
I pray that you and others have found healing from this, that you have forgiven those who hurt you as well as yourself for allowing yourself to be hurt. There is and continues to be false teachers/prophets in this world - because of the great Light that is pouring out, and many not purified souls are making contact with deceiving spirits. It is important if we should have visions or visitations, that we walk the path of purification, or we will be vulnerable to deception.
I still think of all that I knew back then fondly.

But I could not read her teachings, and believed that she was being deceived or was distorted in her hearing. But I felt great love for her and only told her that I could not at that time read what she was writing.
Perhaps we met online? At that time I knew several dear ladies connected with her through a couple of forums - some who were separating from Deborah and some who were drawing near. I must confess that after separating from Deborah, I connected with another false teacher online. That group ending tragically with several members committing suicide.
It seems that God is watching out for us, not letting the false teachers who are arising during this outpouring of Spirit and Light last too long. I am sorrowful for them though, knowing how easy it is for us to be deceived about ourselves - if we find ourselves receiving visions and revelations, but fail to walk the path of purification. A key that I have found, true prophets do not rise up on their own, but are anointed by a prophet preceding them. (Though not all claiming such are true. We can say though any standing on their own, without anointing by a prophet before them, are false.)
I pray that you and others have found healing and forgiveness, and would be delighted to hear from anyone.

ReplyDeleteI am sorry that I haven't been on this blog in a while and thus , I missed your comments ! I did in fact hear of the forum that Deborah was banned from. She told us that there was a disagreement about headship ( code for : people were not following what she was teaching ) , so she left. Deborjah taught that she was the mouth piece of Jahwah and as such " even the angels of heaven would not dare to speak against the mouth piece of Jahwah " I do not feel any hatred for her , in fact I do believe that her spirit is at peace now. My husband and I do believe that Deborah started out with good intentions and that she sacrificed most of her life trying to fulfill those intentions. Sadly , Deborjah , as with all of us , came to the the table with an injured soul. She could not see her own sin . She surrounded herself with the TORAH and chose the LAW above Christ. She separated everyone who followed her, from Christ.
I am sorry to hear of your suffering . I hope you are well and in Christ's loving arms. I am still trying to understand what God wants me to do with all that we have been through. I do know that even though I sinned by " forgetting my first Love " to follow after a false teacher, God was working out His plan in all of it. During one of our Sabbath lessons , Deborjah's daughter Aron spoke of a dream that she'd had the previous night. She dreamt that I was a spy dressed in camo moving about Moab . I knew shortly after coming back home to Texas , that
i would have to do something to help others who were searching for a closer walk with Christ to not be decieved by Deborjah Taylor and Jahwah's little flock of overcomers . That is the reason for this blog. If any of the other groups that had left her would have spoken up or sent out a warning , Deborjah would have been exposed sooner. I am not denying my own guilt for having been so easily fooled , I just hope no one else would be decieved by her teachings.
